As with all world's fairs, there were many souvenirs to choose from.  Listed below is a small sample of items either sold or given away at Expo 86.

Some of the many pins available to the public.  Almost every pavilion had a pin for sale
Licence plates from the Northwest Territories and British Columbia. These plates could be attached to the front of cars
1) Beer Stein
2) Expo Ernie blow up doll (what were they thinking?)
3) One of the many Expo 86 T-shirt designs.
4) Expo 86 Swatch like watch. Real swatch watches with Expo 86 inspired designs were available for a price.
1) The official Cookbook of Expo 86 featured local recipes
2) Shell dish
3) Rain Shield. These plastic ponchos were made available in case of rain but the summer of 1986 ended up being the driest on record. There were a lot of these left over at the Expo garage sale.

1) Stamps from the USSR Pavilion
2) The Expo 86 passport was the most popular souvenir at the fair. People could get their passport stamped at each pavilion.
