PINK ZONE -- Expo 86

From the largest country on earth to the small island nations of the tropics, the Pink Zone was comprized of a diverse gathering of international pavilions. Within steps, visitors could view the chill of the Siberian north, the heat of the mid-eastern deserts, the art of central America and the culture of Asia.

In the middle of it all a cleebration of past, present and the possible future of flight was under way. From the earliest motorized aircrafts to hot air balloons, everything imaginable that was able to lift off the ground was represented at the Air Plaza.
