Modular
Pavilions -- The International pavilions
were
designed to be recycled. Several modules have been erected at the
Scott Paper processing plant on the outskirts of New Westminster.
However, the largest concentration of Expo 86 modules can be found in
an
industrial park off River Road in Delta. After 20 years the
modules
look in quite good.

UFO H2O -- The popular Expo 86 water park is now at Mount Layton Hot Springs Resort in Terrace, BC.
World's Largest Hockey Stick and Puck -- now decorates the facade of the Cowichan arena in the town of Duncan, BC.
The Spirit Lodge -- This hit attraction was supposedly moved to a town on Vancouver Island where they still perform shows in the summer. I have not been able to find any information on this. However, if anyone is interested in experiencing the Spirit Lodge again, Knotts Berry Farm in Southern California hired the original designers to produce a show almost identical to the one at Expo 86.
Munich Festhaus -- was shipped north to Sechelt where it is still used to pump out beer. It is now the Lighthouse Marine Pub and Liquor Store.
The Spirit Catcher -- the large sculpture is now in a waterfront park at the foot of Maple Street in Barrie, Ontario.
Folklife was partially dismantled and barged to Gabriola Island where it now has a new life as a strip mall.
Expo
Ernie -- made a short appearance at the
Expo
86 reunion held at the Plaza of Nations in 2006.
